Recommendations for Sellers
- Take clear, detailed photos of your cards (front and back)
- Honestly describe the item's condition
- Respond quickly to buyer questions
- Use tracked shipping, especially for valuable items
- Pack cards securely (sleeve + top loader + bubble mailer)
- Keep shipping receipts and tracking numbers
- Upload shipping proof on the platform
Non-Payment Policy
If a buyer doesn't complete payment for an order, you can report them from the order page. Buyers with multiple non-payment incidents will receive reputation penalties and may be suspended from the platform.
