Reputation System
Every seller has a public profile with reviews from previous buyers. Check reputation and sales history before purchasing.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and Conekta, PCI-DSS certified platforms. We never store card data. Card payments include your issuing bank's chargeback protection.
Reporting System
If you have an issue with a purchase, you can report it directly from the order. We review every case and take action against sellers who don't comply.

Automatic refund for items not received or significantly different from the description.
Formal Mediation
Structured dispute mediation with guaranteed resolution by the TCGFever team.
Payment Hold
Payment is held until the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
What to Do if You Have a Problem
- Contact the seller — Use the order comments to communicate directly
- Report the problem — If unresolved, use the "Report anomaly" feature on the order
- Team review — We'll review the case and take appropriate action against the seller if necessary

- Review photos and description carefully before purchasing
- Check the seller's reviews and reputation
- Contact the seller if you have questions about the item
- Take photos when receiving the package and opening items
- Confirm receipt of the item through the platform
